The rules for canons are simple: If you keep to their history and personality (after game happenings is totally up to you) then you can consider the character yours

You could even claim a character in order to say they died blah-blah years ago. However, because of the relationships of certain characters anything that changes drastically (like death) must be discussed with linked character. eg. Killing of Zidane requires you to speak to whomever is RPing Garnet.

Children of Canon's also need to be discussed with fellow RPers. No children will be allowed to be RPed unless the character has been claimed. Claimng a character and killing them off in order to make an OC's story fit is allowed however, dont do it to much.
