General Appearance:

I don't know what'd you'd call her....differant. You would assume she isn't fit for fighting with a thin, perfect almost, figure. Thin everything, like a porcelin doll almost. If anything she would be a white mage. But of course, she is more. She was made to fight with magic, and virtually any weapon she is given. She also has a few tricks in which were installed into her when she was younger.

She has extremely long ('cause she never ever gets the chance to cut it!) dark, dark brown hair. It isn't as long as Garnet's yet though! She has been around longer than even Baku himself (who we all know is pretty old, but awesome nonetheless), but it doesn't look that way at all. She still would appear to be 21 years old. Also her eyes are bright green, glowing even.

She does dress a little up. A purple shirt that drapes over one shoulder and held down with a thick black belt. She wears blue shorts that are fairly short, and a big bag/pocket thing attatched to her left leg. She doesn't wear shoes normally, so she has a better feel on her surroundings. She has a simple necklace with three gold rings dangling one after the other. And an arm guard on each. She also wears an anklet made by one of her old friends. Lastly Damaris wears a silver band on her left hand.

History:

Damaris was created on Terra as an Angel of Death (long before even Zidane and Kuja), and nearly fufilled her purpose. To Destroy everything. She went around and caused chaos with murders and such. her best friend/boyfriend, Takahisa tried to stop her, but she ended up killing him. After she did this she was very much broken, so she put her guard down and was captured by some soliders in Lindblum. They locked her up in Ispens Castle where she was trapped for hundreds of years living with her guilt, even though she could have easily broken out.

Then Zidane and company came through, she knew he was destined to do the same as her. In a desperate attempt to stop this, she broke out and followed him for the rest of his journey, being a guardian angel almost. Because Zidane was created, she no longer felt the need to kill.

Abilities/Skills:

Capable of using any and all weapon

Magic; Forbidden black and white magic; little healing magic (only cure).

Weapon of Choice; Long sword with Terran writing along the edges

-Great Pain: Gives target illusion that they're in extreme pain
-Demon Inside: Makes sword dissappear and be replaced by a huge axe, wich acts on it's own
-Angel in the Air: Any attack has no damage, white light acts as damage upon any enemy upon contact
-Lost Love: Ability to teleport and use any attack of an ally

I'm not sure if this profile is finished or not, but if you still plan on using this I have a few major problems with this application.

First off, she cannot have the last name "Tribal." Zidane is the only Genome that has a last name, and that is because he grew up on Gaia with Tantalus; it was Baku that gave him the last name Tribal. As far as canon is concerned, it seems like last names aren't really a Terran thing at all.

Two, not only does your history not make a lick of sense, but it directly interferes with established FFIX canon. There are only three Angels of Death, and I will not have you undermining the canon nor the histories of the most important canon characters in the game. Kuja was the first Angel of Death, and the first non-Gaian to bring chaos and destruction to the planet. There is far too much importance placed on this fact, both in-game and in the Ultimania, which catalogs the entire history of FFIX starting from 5,000 years before the game takes place, to overlook it for the sake of an ill-conceived original character that isn't very original at all.

Finally, your abilities are retardedly overpowered. Instant death to an enemy? Are you serious? Did you even read the rules of the site at all? We don't allow godmoding like this. Absolutely not.

If you insist on making this OC at all, you're going to have to give it a huge overhaul. Scrap the history, scrap your powers, scrap the last name. Try actually playing FFIX and familiarizing yourself with the canon, and THEN you can apply for an OC again. Til then, this OC gets a resounding no.

Excuse me but I have played FFIX since I was a little girl. I think I know the storyline. I made the character up thank you very much, it's called fanfiction. I'm sorry about the instant death thing I hadn't been on in a while and didn't notice that I'll take it off. I will not however, remove the last name. Thanks for your opinion but I don't care.
I've been so busy lately I might not have been able to go through with this.

Damaris dear, Kuja is correct. Your history makes no sense, and is tiptoeing over to sue-dom. And your Powers are just a big old leap straight into that feared country.

In fanfiction, you may in fact trample all over canon in the name of artistic licence, but this is not fanfiction. This is RolePlay, this isn't you writing a story, its everyone! Which means that we all need to stick to the canon as our common ground. I allow a twist of canon, but not an outright destruction of it.

Your character may be made up, but they aren't made very well. And saying you don't care, simply shows that you aren't mature enough to handle criticism. And I personally would not like someone that immature on my site.

So either grow up and accept the fact that as she is, Damaris will never be accepted, or leave.

You are welcome to stay and make another OC, perhaps one not so closely linked with the canon.
