At first glance, Serah appears to be an ordinary human. Standing 5'2, Serah has short pink hair and emerlad-green eyes. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, underneath her bangs is what is a small horn, a sign of her summoner heritage. Due to her upbringing in the upper-class, Serah usually wears clothing much like those in royalty, although she often prefers to dress more simple like the common people.

History:
For most expecting mothers, the birth of a child is a wonderful experience however that wasn't the case for one mother during a rainy night in the city of Alexandria. The moment the young mother laid eyes on her infant, she screamed in horror seeing a horn growing out of the baby's forehead. Unknownst to her, summoners were a part of the bloodline in the young woman's family. Claiming that it was a 'demon', the young mother refused to believe such a thing could be a human and demanded midwife to 'dispose of this abonimation'. And so that very same night, the midwife took the baby to an orphanage.
Upon arriving at the orphanage, the midwife decided to give the infant the name Serah, beliving that despite being shunned from her birth mother, the child at least deserved to have a name. At first, no one seemed interested in adopting an infant with such an unsual physical feature. Months turned into years as Serah remained at the orphange often teased and bullied by the other children because of the horn she had. It wasn't until a couple visting from Lindblum visited the orphanage and noticed Serah. From the moment, they laid eyes on her, the young couple knew that they had found the one that they should take in as their own and they did.
Growing up in an upper-class family in Treno, Serah lived a lifestyle so many only wished for in their dreams. Not once did her adoptive parents treat her differently because of the small horn on her forehead, instead they encouraged Serah to embrace the fact that she was different and to not let others discourage her. Taking everything fo granted, Serah never once acted differented despite being from the upper-class society. Fasinated with books, Serah often read about other places outside of Treno and longed to travel the world outside the walls that surrounded Treno. That is why, on her nineteenth birthday, Serah decided that she would leave Treno and go on a journey to see the sights that she read about in books and maybe even learn more about herself being a summoner.
Abilities/Skills:
Eidetic memory in which she can recall passages and chapters whenever she reads a book. Therefore it is safe to say that she is pretty knoweldgeale whether it be information reguarding historical facts or anything else depending on the book she reads
